As a Craniosacral Therapist and Health
practitioner, my approach is to be in partnership with a
client, working with the whole system in building Health.
My approach is about coherent facilitation and skilled support,
recognizing the ability and wisdom of the whole system to become
more balanced and release restrictions in exactly the ways that
are needed to create WHOLENESS.
I work with clients to build resources,
continuing the healing and growth that we have
accomplished together in sessions in person or by
distance. It is exciting and fulfilling work...with the
opportunity and freedom to help clients to be confident in
Health, making the changes that THEY want.
I am an RCST®
Craniosacral Therapist, with certification and
training in Biodynamic Craniosacral and Upledger
CranioSacral, Brainspotting, EFT, nutrition,
Comprehensive Resource Modeling, energy,
self-regulation and relaxation facilitation, Creative
Learning expansion, and trauma resolution. I hold a CA
teaching credential and a Masters degree. I so love
what I do now and am excited about working with people
who are open to making changes and who want to be
empowered in their Health and their lives.
I have over forty years of
consulting, research, and teaching that includes
college, secondary, and alternative health. In past
years, I've been an Art, ESL, Speech instructor,
Traditional Japanese Reiki teacher, communications
consultant, professional artist and Theater director
in community college and secondary school. Integrated
with this experience is my early and current training
in energy work, learning from pioneers in the field in
the early eighties (Brennan, Hakomi, Armstrong, Silva,
and more) to those in the present (see Articles page).
My ongoing leading edge study in the latest research,
theories and application of new ideas authored and
implemented by leaders like psychotherapist Peter
Levine Ph.D, Stephen Porges Ph.D (the Polyvagal
Theory), Robert Scaer, MD neurologist, Stanley
Rosenberg, keeps me excited and up to date. I
continually learn new and exciting techniques in
several schools of craniosacral training and Quantum
energy work as well.
As a native Californian, I enjoy my life in Leucadia
and have worked in North County San Diego since 1986.
Woven through my life, I am a happy wife, proud mom and thrilled
grandmother
and when there is time, a traveler, herbalist, writer
and portrait
artist.
